WorkmAIte provides AI-powered construction takeoff and quoting services. The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyse construction documents and generate quantity takeoffs and cost estimates. Results are provided as professional aids and should be verified by qualified professionals before use in any contractual or commercial context.

3. User Accounts and Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for breach of these terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
